AI Core is an intelligent assistant built into Progrid that understands your ERP data and can take action on your behalf. Ask questions in natural language, search records, create or update data, and get contextual help – all through a floating chat panel accessible from any screen.

The assistant uses a multi-provider LLM backend (Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic), enforces strict security guardrails that respect your existing Progrid permissions, and maintains a complete audit trail of every action taken.
