Quick Chart

The Quick Chart builder is the fastest way to create charts in Dashboard. It provides pre-built metric presets organized by business area so you can create meaningful visualizations without any configuration.

Note

The Quick Chart builder only shows categories for modules you have installed and have read access to. If you don’t see a category (e.g., CRM), the corresponding module may not be installed.

Creating a Quick Chart

  1. Navigate to Dashboard ‣ Quick Chart

  2. Select a category from the available business areas (Sales, CRM, etc.)

    Note

Only categories for installed modules you have access to will appear.

  3. Choose a metric from the list (e.g., “Total Revenue”)

  4. Select a grouping to define how data is organized on the chart axis:

    • Time-based: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year

    • Entity-based: Salesperson, Customer, Team, Stage, Department, etc.

  5. Choose a date range to filter the data:

    • Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week

    • This Month, Last Month, This Quarter, Last Quarter

    • This Year, Last Year

    • Last 7/30/90/365 Days

  6. Select a chart type or use the default suggested type

The system suggests a chart type based on the metric (e.g., pie chart for “Revenue by Customer”, line chart for trends over time).

  7. Preview the chart to verify the visualization looks correct

  8. Click Create Chart to save the chart configuration

Adding the Chart to a Dashboard

After creating a chart, you can add it to any dashboard:

  1. When prompted after chart creation, select an existing dashboard or create a new one

  2. The chart is automatically placed in the next available position on the dashboard grid

  3. You can reposition and resize it from the dashboard view

Tip

Charts created with Quick Chart can be further customized using the Advanced Chart Builder or Chart Library. Quick Chart is just a faster starting point.
